GVL Beverage Company – Returns & Refund Policy

At GVL Beverage Company, your satisfaction matters to us. We take pride in delivering our products fresh, safely, and exactly as described. If your order isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right. Please review our full policy below.

🧃 1. Beverages (Perishable Items)

Because our bottled drinks are perishable, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once they have been shipped and delivered.

However, we will replace or refund your order if:

  • Your items arrive damaged, spoiled, or incorrect.
  • You notify us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos or videos.

If approved, we’ll either:

  • Send replacement bottles of the same product, or
  • Issue a refund to your original payment method.

👕 2. Merchandise & Non-Perishable Items

For apparel, gifts, and other non-perishable merchandise:

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.

🚚 3. Wrong or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong product or your order is missing items:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We’ll verify your order and ship replacements at no cost.

💳 4. Refund Timing

Once approved, refunds typically take 3–7 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

⚠️ 5. Non-Refundable Purchases

  • Gift cards, promotional items, and event tickets are non-refundable.
  • Returns are not accepted for beverages purchased through third-party retailers or partner locations (please contact them directly).
