  • All prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of checkout.

  • Our beverages are produced in limited runs. Availability may vary by season or distributor.
  • If an item is out of stock, we may contact you with substitute options or process a full refund.

🚚 4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are fulfilled according to our Shipping Policy.
  • Once a package leaves our facility, GVL is not liable for transit delays caused by carriers or external conditions.

💰 5. Returns & Refunds

  • Refunds and replacements are handled according to our Refund Policy.
  • Perishable beverages cannot be returned once delivered, except in cases of damage or spoilage.

🤝 6. Wholesale & Partnerships

  • All wholesale, co-branding, or franchise relationships require a signed Wholesale Agreement approved by GVL management.
  • GVL reserves the right to approve or deny partnership applications.

Email. If you opt in to email, you agree to receive order updates and promotional emails from GVL Beverage Company. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Text Messages (SMS) Program Terms. These terms apply to the GVL Beverage Company text messaging program.

  • Program description: If you opt in, GVL Beverage Company will send text messages to the mobile number you provide. Messages may include order and delivery updates, customer support replies, and promotional messages such as offers, new flavor announcements, restock alerts, and event news.
  • How you opt in: You opt in by checking the separate text message (SMS) consent box at checkout or on one of our website forms, or by texting us to join. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from GVL Beverage Company at the number you provided. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
